What It's All About

I first got diagnosed with celiac disease in 2016, when I was just ten years old. At first, it was really hard for me to come to terms with, but it got easier with time. Especially when I was cooking and baking for myself, it became fun. I am not 100% gluten free now, because it's easy not to, since I am asymptomatic, but a majority of the food I put in my body is gluten free. For some people, being gluten free is a choice, trying to be healthier. For others, it's forced, because their body will reject it if consumed. It can definitely be difficult to be gluten free, with everyone around us eating and serving wheat products, but as the world is evolving, it's getting easier and more accessible to be gluten free. The thing that has helped me the most, I'd say, is knowing how to cook and bake things for yourself. It's really pretty simple if you try!

I love providing delicious gluten free sweets for people who might not be able to make them theirselves, or just don't enjoy the manufactured gluten free sweets. I'd love to make you and the people you love, happy with some gluten free treats!
